We start a new year and it is one of the moments, next to the return of the summer holidays, in which a large number of people intend to introduce some changes in their daily habits to achieve a more satisfying life.
A few years ago an investigation was carried out in our country to try to find out what percentage of people, among whom they set out to introduce changes in their lives by modifying habits or behaviors, was able to achieve this.
Each of us has our own point of view and particular needs, however, some of these purposes to improve our way of life are shared by most, because many people intend to exercise, quit smoking, lose weight, liquidate or reduce debts, etc.
The research data indicated that less than 10% of the people who had considered introducing changes in their lives had succeeded, I understand that you will agree with me, this is a low percentage.
And why is this? of course it is not because of our national character or idiosyncrasy, it is for something much easier, introducing changes of these characteristics implies modifying our daily habits.

Self-deception is not healthy and although initially it may be motivating to set goals, if they are not realistic, it is most likely that we will not achieve them and as a final result we will only achieve personal frustration.
My experience in multiple situations lived over the years with very different people has taught me that there are some things that never work and one of them is to introduce changes, however, if you plan to change one thing, one thing, your chances of success are multiplied .
Today I dare you to propose a goal to meet, only one, and I do it because it is a goal that we must consider essential for anyone, here no matter how old you are, your marital status, if you are progressive or conservative. You earn a lot or little money or any other characteristic that can differentiate you from other people.
The objective that I propose is that you do not spend all the money you earn, it is simple and easy to remember, I recommend that you be tolerant of yourself because changing habits is not an easy job, I tell you from the experience gained about my own habits and also for other people whom I help to achieve.
