This week we are premiering, we have a new year, a year that comes to us full of questions, without a doubt the most complicated of all of them are those caused by the health crisis.
The usual, and in many cases unavoidable, when we approach the end of the year is to take stock, to reflect on what we have experienced throughout the year that is ending.
For many people it is also the time to make plans for the new year, the opportunity to eradicate from our lives those things that are not beneficial, replacing them with others that, apparently, can contribute something beneficial.
An example, a few days ago I was with a friend who owns a gym and I am going to share this anecdote with you because it is an accepted belief that exercising is beneficial to our health.
In our conversation, my friend told me that every year in January he has a significant number of people who hire a plan with the intention of starting to exercise.
The anecdotal thing about this story is that many of those people who have hired a pack of classes, and of course paid, go once or twice and then never appear again.
Good words are pleasant, good intentions show good intentions, but none of this works if it is not accompanied by actions that turn words and intentions into actions.
This has been a terrible year, many people have lost loved ones, others have seen their way of life collapse due to the disastrous management carried out by public leaders and their strategy to contain the virus based on the closure of economic activity.
Now from the political power they sell us vaccines as if they were a magic solution to get out of this crisis that has forced us all to live in a very complicated situation.
But vaccines will not pay the bills for families with less money now than eleven months ago, nor will companies that have seen their turnover and income reduced due to the restrictions in place.
We have reached the end of 2020 between lockdowns, confinements and restrictive measures without the political leaders having done anything they should have done, while in China the night of the end of the year is celebrated with massive meetings and discos until dawn.
Before us is the new year, a year that appears complicated, I hope that vaccines are as effective as those who have made them say because if not, this 2021 may be even worse than its predecessor.
Purposes and words are useless, if we want to find solutions we have to work, work hard every day and thus we can look to the future with optimism.
Many personal and business economies will be affected by this health, economic and social crisis, we can help you at a time as delicate as this.
We have been collaborating with people and companies for some time, helping them take advantage of the changes that occur in the labor market and in society, showing them how new technologies can become a great ally.
